Ordering Tips
TAD FAB recommends that you carefully check the order information (eg: product information, product quantities, recipient name and other relevant information, delivery address, zip code, phone number, etc.) when placing an order.
TAD FAB will not be held responsible for the loss or wrong delivery of packages caused by the wrong information submitted at the time of order placement. Once your order is successfully placed, it cannot be modified. For orders which include personalized items, once the order has successfully been submitted, it cannot be canceled.
If you have any special requests regarding the preparation or delivery of your order, Contact Us first and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I Change my Order?
It is our priority at tad fab to process all orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Therefore, the contents and/or details of your order cannot be changed after successful payment.
If you need to make any changes, please Contact Us to cancel the order as soon as possible, and then use the correct information to place the order again. Please understand that at the time of contact, your order may already be in progress or on the way. If this is the case, then we will be unable to cancel the order on your behalf. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that such a request will be honored.
How to track my order?
It can take between 1-4 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for international delivery.
Once your order ships, you will be sent an email containing tracking information. You could also use this link to track your order
If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please let us know so that we can open an inquiry.
The inquiry to locate a package may take several weeks.

If you do not see your country/location listed on checkout page, then it is likely that we do not currently ship there.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Tad Fab will ship your order out as soon as possible. All in-stock items will be shipped out within 1-3 working days, and pre-sale items will be shipped within 3-40 working days. Please double check the item description for specific shipping estimates on pre-sale items.*Except custom & special order items
